With over 10 years of experience in the restaurant and food service industry, I have held various leadership and management roles at companies such as Choco and Deliveroo.
My most recent position at Choco allowed me to lead the buyer team in France and Belgium, where I was responsible for the entire lifecycle of restaurants on the platform, from initial contact to long-term retention. Working closely with sales, portfolio management, and account management teams, I led efforts in onboarding, retention, and upselling, while also overseeing the recruitment, training, and coaching of buyer teams. My role also involved building and optimizing existing tools and communicating a clear vision to team members.
Previously, at Deliveroo, I served as the City Manager for Paris, where I defined strategic priorities, developed roadmaps, and made financial decisions. I led a field team, optimized processes, and managed cross-functional projects. I also played a key role in developing partnerships with restaurants and representing Deliveroo to influential market organizations.
