Cal.com

Cal.com open source solution serves as our booking platform, enabling you to choose a convenient time to consult with Better Call's experts. It is also utilized for reserving and confirming your appointment slot.

Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Fathom Analytics

Privacy-focused website analytics from a sustainable company. A GDPR compliant, Google Analytics alternative.

By using Better-call.io, you may receive email and SMS reminders to be notified about upcoming bookings. These emails and SMS are sent using our service provider Twilio. You agree that we may share your mobile phone number and the contents of any message you send or receive through such Service with our third-party partner, Twilio. Conferencing
Daily.co

Better-call.io provides 'Cal Video', a whitelabel video service powered by daily.co. daily.co is a video API service that provides video conferencing and recording services. daily.co is a third party service provider and is not owned or operated by Cal.com. A user can choose to record a video call, which is indicated by a red warning 'recording', and the recording will be stored in an encrypted AWS S3. Customer Support

We use third-party analytics services to help understand your usage of our services. In particular, we provide a limited amount of your information (such as sign-up date and some personal information like your email address) to Intercom, Inc.
