My most recent position at Choco allowed me to lead the buyer team in France and Belgium, where I was responsible for the entire lifecycle of restaurants on the platform, from initial contact to long-term retention. Working closely with sales, portfolio management, and account management teams, I led efforts in onboarding, retention, and upselling, while also overseeing the recruitment, training, and coaching of buyer teams.
